After your free year, Starter billing continues at the normal rate unless you cancel. This offer applies to Starter only — if you want Growth or Business, you can upgrade any time.
No. There’s no setup fee on any subscription plan — you only pay the monthly or annual subscription. The only extra cost is the physical NFC/QR stand or table stickers, which are purchased once and shipped to you.

Not necessarily — some single-location businesses choose Business for the advanced analytics and priority support, too.
No — cancel any time from your account settings and you won’t be billed again after your current period ends. Physical products are a one-time purchase, so cancelling your subscription never affects them.
